This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting. 2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made after the 24 hour window before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. 3. **No-Shows**: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment after 15 min window, without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost. 4. **Rescheduling**: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time. 5. **Emergency Situations**: We understand that emergencies can arise.
